At Rob’s, every employee is considered and treated as a partner in the business and this is well reflected in the quality of service provided to our customers. Our number one priority is you, the customer! You will see a difference in the way you are treated by our staff. We take the time needed to understand and cater to your specific needs. Our technicians and reconditioning specialists also have deep knowledge and many years of experience in the car wash and detailing industry. No matter what your car care need is; our technicians can take care of it!

Rob Preihs Owner / President

Rob has been in the cleaning industry for over 20 years. He has successfully owned and operated several dry cleaning and car wash businesses over that time. He has an attention to detail that’s required for succeeding in the cleaning industry. Also a Class-A contractor, Rob designs and builds his own car washes. He carefully engineers each facility and utilizes equipment from different manufacturers. The goal each time is to get the best results for the customer. These businesses are Rob’s passion. He is on the floor 7 days a week; involved in all of the day-to-day business activities and helping his employees succeed. Rob’s hobby is sight fishing in the Florida Keys. Rob travels to the “Keys” every year especially to sight fish.

Rob’s number one priority with both of his Car Washes and the Detail Center is Customer Satisfaction. Rob wants to be sure every customer gets the best value at his car washes.

Jerry Taylor General Manager

Jerry is an accomplished sales and operations professional with over 20 years of experience in management and public relations. Jerry has been with Rob’s Team since September 2006. He immediately started working on building, training and developing a top-notch team before opening the Detail Center in October 2006. Jerry served 10 years in the U.S. Marine Corps and two years in Law Enforcement before going back to school, studying computer science and programming and received his BA in Business Management.  Jerry has been a leader with the local Boy Scouts and Cub Scouts in Unionville.  He teaches High School Sunday School and is a Deacon at the Unionville Christian Church.  Jerry manages the Central Park Car Wash and Detailing Center as well as the Harrison Crossing Car Wash.  His attention to detail and customer service make him a perfect fit for managing these businesses.

John Hackney Manager

John has over 10 years experience in business management and takes pride in exceptional customer service.  He is involved with all daily operations and serious about consistently  maintaining the highest industry standards that Rob's Detailing Team delivers.  In his spare time he is a devoted father/husband to his two daughters and wife.

Derrick Washington Manager

Derrick has professional experience in human resources, business management, and sales. With these combinations of experience, he has developed a "knack" for customer service and forming a relationship with the customer. He goes the extra mile to make sure the customer is satisfied, their expectations are met, and they return as a repeat customer. In his spare time, he can be found spending quality time and being devoted to his two children or volunteering with several community organizations.

Elena Seymour Assistant Manager / Marketing

Elena has been working in customer service since the age of 12 with her very first paper route. At an early age she established it wasn’t enough to just get the job done, but to get it done well and make sure the customer was happy and satisfied. Her professional background includes office management as well as retail management for such companies as Target and Blockbuster Video.  In her “spare” time Elena has been performing on stage for 25 years.  When she isn’t building relationships with customers she can be seen with local theater companies like Riverside Dinner Theater and the Lazy Susan Dinner Theater.  Here at Rob’s she is enjoying learning all  of the processes and techniques we use in a “hands on” approach in order to better communicate with you, the customer.

Paula Serrano Detailer

Paula has been a team member since November 2007. Paula is a strong member of our team, always on time or early, stays late if needed without question and shows her pride in her work and in keeping our facility clean and in order.  She is always eager to help where needed.  We almost lost Paula last year with medical complications.  After about a month of doctor visits and hospitalization she returned to us stronger than ever.

Rob Skibicki Detailer

Robert has been a team member since January 2011. He recently moved to the Fredericksburg area and began looking for a career in the automotive industry. Due to his love for vehicles, attention to detail and willingness to learn, Robert has become a key component to our team.

Georgina Hernandez Detailer

Georgina has been a team member since February 2011. She recently returned to the Fredericksburg area. Georgina has multiple years of experience in the automotive detailing industry and was able to quickly earn the respect of management and the other team members. Her addition has been a pleasant surprise due to her knowledge and what she brings to the table.
